Dr. Jim Phillips, M Div, PhD, LCPC is an ordained minister, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master of Divinity Degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling, two years postgraduate studies in clinical psychology, and a PhD in Human Services.

Jim has been counseling since 1981 and specializes in marriage, family, and individual counseling. He works with those 13 years of age and older in areas of depression, anxiety, ADD, post traumatic stress, complicated bereavement, abuse issues, religious and spiritual issues, holistic wellness assessment, consultant to churches and businesses for organization and conflict resolution, seminars, workshops, and other life issues that cause mental health difficulties.

Karla White, MS, LCPC is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She earned her Masters of Science degree in the Community Counseling program at Eastern Illinois University in 2005. Karla is also a National Certified Counselor (N.C.C.)

Karla works with clients with many different needs including (but not limited to) mood disorders, personality disorders, women's health issues, marital, sexual offenders and victims, sexual disorders, anxiety and bereavement.  She has supervised graduate students helping them obtain licensure.

Deborah Simonis, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University Of Illinois Jane Addams School Of Social Work and a Masters in Education Administration from Seton Hall University.  She has participated in post graduate work at John Hopkins University and the University of Maryland. 

Deborah's work includes treating individuals and their families in the outpatient and inpatient setting. Deborah specializes in working with young children using play therapy. She has helped families deal with depression, anxiety, divorce, abuse, grief, and spiritual concerns.  She has dealt with childhood issues including bedwetting, sibling rivalry, social skills, conduct issues, school adjustment, abuse, separation anxiety, attention deficient disorder, gifted children issues and other childhood mental health concerns. Deborah has helped individuals process losses including miscarriages, infant death and post abortion issues.  She has supervised graduate students helping them obtain licensure and status as registered play therapists.

Christine Schilz, MA, LPC has her Masters in Human Development Counseling.  She is a Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC) as well.  Christine has experience working with at risk youth in the criminal justice system, as well as DUI offenders, inpatient drug treatment for women, and individual and couples counseling.
