4. You have the right to express your opinions, including disagreement, with your therapist.

5. You have the right to have your personal, moral, religious values respected by your therapist.
6. You have the right to ask for a referral elsewhere if, at any time, you do not believe you are getting the help
you need. 

**The law requires your therapist to notify family/individuals if a client intends to harm himself/herself, or take harmful or dangerous action against another person.
**Your therapist is also legally mandated to report all suspected cases of child and senior physical, sexual abuse, or neglect.
