Client Rights...

1.  You have the right to expect prompt caring service from every member of our staff.

2.  You have the right to have your confidentiality strictly respected as required by law.**

3.  You have the right to question your therapist about any aspect of your therapy.

4.  You have the right to express your opinions, including disagreement, with your therapist.

    (Therapy is a team effort between therapist and client)

5.  You have the right to have your personal, moral, religious values respected by your therapist.

6.  You have the right to ask for a referral elsewhere if, at any time, you do not believe you are getting the help

     you need.  

**The law requires your therapist to notify family/individuals if a client intends to harm himself/herself, or take harmful or dangerous action against another person.

**Your therapist is also legally mandated to report all suspected cases of child and senior physical, sexual abuse, or neglect.
