Fees & Insurance
The fee for a clinical hour (45-50 minute) session:
-Initial assessment (1st session) - $130.00
-Additional sessions - $110.00
-Sliding Scale Fee - available to uninsured
Initial sessions require additional time for support staff to obtain information from clients, qualify authorization from EAP’s or Managed Care companies; and for the therapist to do a proper evaluation. Standard rates apply for additional sessions. This rate applies to individuals, couples or families. We ask clients to pay their fee upon arriving for their session. Insurance may pay some portion of this fee. In that case, we ask clients to pay their co-pay at the arrival of session.
Please recognize that AICC’s submission of claim forms to your insurance company is provided as a service to you. AICC will diligently do everything possible to get reimbursed from your insurance company. In the event there are extenuating circumstances and insurance does not pay for your session(s), you are responsible for the balance of your account.
